Pour reprendre les mots de BKS Iyengar : \u00ab Le Yoga ne change pas seulement la mani\u00e8re dont on voit les choses, il transforme la personne qui les regarde \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e au Centre de Yoga Iyengar de Paris aupr\u00e8s de Sri Faeq Biria, lui-m\u00eame \u00e9l\u00e8ve de B.K.S. Iyengar. J\u2019ai obtenu ma certification \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement en juillet 2013. Apr\u00e8s avoir enseign\u00e9 pendant 5 ans au centre Anjaliom \u00e0 Paris, je me suis install\u00e9e \u00e0 Nantes avec ma famille en 2015, et j\u2019ai ouvert le studio Yug IN en janvier 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le chemin du Yoga n\u2019a pas de fin, et ne saurait en avoir. On apprend parce qu\u2019elle nous aide \u00e0 comprendre les enjeux dans chaque partie du corps, corps que l\u2019on red\u00e9couvre.
